Yoga: Yoga ganjpan ke liye bahut faydemand hai. Aap apne ganjpan se nijat ke liye sir ke niche ke muscles ko stretch karne wale yoga aasan kare.

Aromatherapy: Aap lavender oil, peppermint oil aur eucalyptus oil ko apne head massage karne se ganjpan mein aaram milega.

Acupressure: Acupressure ganjpan ke liye bahut faydemand hai. Aap apne pair ke talwo par pressure dalte hue apne sir ke ganjpan ke points par 15 se 20 minutes tak pressure dale.

Heat Therapy: Aap ganjpan ke liye heat therapy ka istemal kare. Aap towel ko garam pani se bhigo kar apne sir par rakhe aur 5 se 10 minutes tak rakhe.

Shampoo: Aap ganjpan ke liye medicated shampoo ka istemal kare. Aap apne scalp ko saaf rakhne ke liye regular shampoo ka istemal kare.

Change Your Diet: Aap apne diet mein protein, vitamins aur minerals rich foods shamil kare. Aap eggs, dairy products, nuts, fruits aur vegetables ka sewan kare.

Reduce Stress: Stress ganjpan ke liye ek common cause hai. Aap apne stress level ko reduce karne ke liye meditation, deep breathing aur yoga ka istemal kare.

Avoid Alcohol: Alcohol scalp ke blood circulation ko badhane se rokta hai aur ganjpan ke liye ek common cause hai. Aap alcohol se door rahe.

Get Enough Sleep: Aap apne liye sufficient sleep le. Aap 8 se 10 hours ke liye sone ki adat banaye.

Avoid Tight Hairstyles: Tight hairstyles ganjpan ke liye ek common cause hai. Aap apne hair ko loose rakhne ke liye loose hairstyles ka istemal kare.

In sabhi tariko ka istemal karke aap apne ganjpan se nijat kar sakte hain. Inme se koi bhi tarika aapke liye work nahi kare to aap dusre tarike ka istemal kare. Ganjpan ke treatment ke liye aap kisi doctor se bhi consult kar sakte hain.
